Setup Wizard

The setup wizard will guide you through the initial configuration of the plugin. After the plugin installation is complete, you will be immediately directed to the Whello CS Rotator setup wizard, where you will be guided step by step through the basic settings to avoid confusion.

STEP 1 – BASIC SETTING

At this step, you need to fill in the CS rotator slug (default is “csrotator”), the loading message, and the no staff message.

STEP 2 – ADDING STAFF

You can add your first customer service staff member by filling in the staff information and staff schedule.

For the staff schedule, you can choose “always available” or “not available.” If you select “not available,” you can set their specific work schedule.

STEP 3 – CREATE LINK ROTATOR

Create your first rotator link by filling in the link information and assigning staff (the customer service representatives responsible for communicating with customers through this rotator link).

Once all the setup is complete, click Finish Setup.

WHELLO CS ROTATOR OVERVIEW

After completing the setup wizard, you will be directed to the overview page, where you can see the tracking of your Customer Services Rotator.
