[Whello CS Rotator] EN.05 – Managing Rotator Link

Rotator links are the core functionality of the plugin, directing customers to available CS agents.

Edit Rotator Link

To edit the rotator link you created during the setup wizard :

1. Go to the menu Whello CS Rotator > Link Rotator.

2. Customize the assigned CS staff and set the workload percentage for each staff member, then Click Update button

3. The rotator link has been created. You can click View or Copy Link.

Upgrade to PRO Version

With the Whello CS Rotator free plugin, you only able to:

• Create 1 (single) rotator link
• Set maximum 2 CS for the Link
